Geneva Digital is a web development, digital communication and graphic design agency, located in Geneva, operating under Geneva Digital SA. The registered office is located at 1212 Geneva, Switzerland. The contact email address is info@genevedigital.com.

Geneva Digital offers various services, including website creation and redesign, mobile application development, marketing campaign management, logo creation, and any other service related to its digital communication and graphic design expertise. The terms and conditions of each project will be defined on a case-by-case basis, according to a prior quote.

For each initiated project, a deposit is required, the amount of which depends on the nature and scope of the requested work. All creations produced by Geneva Digital remain the exclusive property of Geneva Digital SA until all related invoices are fully paid. No restitution of rights or materials can be made before full payment.

Revisions included in the project framework are specified in the contractual terms. In the absence of express mention, only one wave of modifications is granted. Any additional request for revisions or modifications beyond what has been contractually agreed will result in additional billing, applied at the maximum hourly rate of 199 CHF. It is the client's responsibility to request these modifications clearly and within the given deadlines.

Deadlines announced by Geneva Digital are given as indicative and cannot be absolutely guaranteed. They may vary depending on the agency's workload and the quality, accuracy, and completeness of information and elements provided by the client. Geneva Digital reserves the right to extend these deadlines without engaging its responsibility.

Deposits paid are in no case refundable. The client undertakes to honor all payments due for the project, even in case of cancellation. The remaining balance, for any project for which the deposit has been paid, must be settled within a maximum period of 12 months following the initial payment of the deposit. In case of early termination by Geneva Digital, the agency reserves the right to abandon the project and refund the balance taking into account the hours of work already performed, which will be deducted on a documented basis.

Geneva Digital disclaims any responsibility for any failure, error, or malfunction of systems after the publication of a project or in the context of ongoing support. It is the client's responsibility to carry out regular checks and ensure the proper functioning of their infrastructure. Geneva Digital cannot be held responsible for any consequential or indirect damage, whatever the circumstances.

Maintenance services are available under contract. Clients without a maintenance contract must understand that their support requests may not be processed, except regarding access to their data or recovery of elements hosted by Geneva Digital. Furthermore, clients without priority support accept that the response time may be extended depending on the agency's workload.
